🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of:

    • Damaged item(s)

    • Packaging

    • Packing slip

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Note: Approved refunds (if applicable) are issued as store credit only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a package is abandoned:

  • Refund = Order total minus shipping and 10% restocking fee
