 Keep in mind, even though we only use organic ingredients in our products, that does not mean you are exempt from having an allergic reaction. Always try a small area first to see if any allergic reactions or breakouts occur. If you have any problems, discontinue use immediately. *All of our products are for external use only.

Every product is handmade, so please allow 10-15 business days of processing for shipping orders. The shipping time frame purchased with USPS is how long they will take to deliver your package after It has left our care. Noah’s Ark Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen products. Please be sure to track your package so you know when to expect it. 

 If you are pregnant, please contact your physician before using any of our products containing essential oils. 

     We do not use preservatives in our products, so be sure to use within a year of purchasing. Store all products that are not being used in a cool dry and dark area to preserve oil potency. If mold or bacteria grow on your products we are not responsible. This is why it is very important for you to follow proper storage and care of your products. 

  

Though we have complete faith in our products, we cannot guarantee actual results on any of our products, as everyone's skin is different. Our products are not FDA approved quite yet. We are looking forward to beginning that process in the near future! These are homemade products using all natural ingredients as listed in the description under each product sold. If you have any questions about a product, please ask before purchasing. Remember - we are NOT physicians and can only offer personal advice from our own experience and education.    In our shower moisturizers, Sugar Scrubs & other products with high oil or honey concentration may leave you or your tub slippery when done. To prevent a fall, please make sure your tub is cleaned after each use. You might notice a ring around the tub line when done. Simply wipe off with soap and a damp cloth after each use.
